GOER CEO Mark Hooley to Speak at 1EdTech Learning Impact Europe 2026

Founder and CEO Mark Hooley will participate as a panellist at 1EdTech Learning Impact Europe 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece, from 15–17 September 2026.

The Global Online Education Regulator (GOER) is delighted to announce that Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mark Hooley will participate as a panellist at 1EdTech Learning Impact Europe 2026, taking place in Thessaloniki, Greece, from 15–17 September 2026.

The internationally recognised conference brings together universities, governments, EdTech innovators, standards organisations, technology providers, and education leaders to explore the future of digital learning, artificial intelligence, digital credentials, interoperability, and trusted educational ecosystems.

Representing GOER, Mark Hooley will contribute to discussions surrounding international accreditation, educational quality assurance, AI governance, learner protection, and the importance of globally recognised standards within online education.
