GOER
Collective.

A consultation and development space for physical and online schools, grounded in a human-centred approach to hybrid and online education.

Dr. Rhianna C. Rogers

Led by Dr. Rhianna C. Rogers

Vice Chair, Global Strategy, AI Governance & Institutional Partnerships

She steers GOER's international strategy. A senior executive and scholar-practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, she has spent her career translating complex research, regulatory frameworks and emerging technologies into durable operational strategy — work that spans government, academia, nonprofit and private industry.

“International education is navigating a profound structural intersection where emerging technology, regional data sovereignty, and human-centered design collide. The organizations that thrive won’t be the ones with the most resources; they’ll be the ones with the right cheat codes. That’s what GOER Collective’s consulting delivers; we can help you turn today’s educational complexities into a clear path forward.”

Who you work with

Collective consultations are led by people who build, teach and regulate in digital education — not by a review panel reading your paperwork from a distance.

Design & platforms

Oleg Shilin

Founder, Mōtum

Mōtum is GOER’s venture studio partner and covers the build side of digital education — product definition, learning platforms, AI tooling, and the engineering that turns a pedagogical model into something learners actually use.

Myriam Da Silva
AI literacy

Myriam Da Silva

CEO, Checkit Learning

Checkit Learning works with schools on AI literacy and the classroom reality of digital delivery — what staff and learners genuinely need to understand about the tools, and how confidence is built rather than assumed.

By the numbers

What the Collective brings to a school when you add its practitioners together.

100+ years
Combined experience across classroom teaching, school leadership, curriculum design, accreditation and digital learning.
5 practitioners
Every engagement is led in person by one of them, never by a review panel reading your paperwork from a distance.
4 practice strands
Pedagogy, AI literacy, learning design and future-ready practice, taken up in whatever combination your school needs.
Founder-led
Each strand is carried by someone who built the organisation behind it, from a venture studio to an accreditation body.
Geneva Forum

Global governance leadership

GOER is an independent global quality assurance and accreditation body, partnering with the Global Impact Project and the UN-affiliated Geneva Forum.

What the Collective offers

Four strands of work, taken up in whatever combination your school needs. The point is intentional, engaging and high-quality learning experiences that harness technology thoughtfully while strengthening the human dimensions of education.

Pedagogical excellence in online and hybrid learning

Digital and hybrid delivery has a pedagogy of its own. We work on what good teaching looks like when the room is partly or entirely online — presence, pacing, participation, and the structures that hold a cohort together.

  • Review of live and asynchronous teaching
  • Cohort structure, pacing and participation design
  • Staff development in digital pedagogy

AI literacy and responsible AI adoption

Staff and learners need more than tool training. We help schools build genuine AI literacy and adopt AI under a governance framework that stands up to scrutiny from parents, boards and regulators.

  • AI literacy programmes for staff and learners
  • An AI use policy that survives scrutiny
  • Assessment redesign for an AI-present classroom

Learning design

Courses, assessment and progression designed on purpose rather than inherited. We look at how a programme is sequenced, how learning is evidenced, and where the design is quietly working against the learner.

  • Curriculum sequencing and progression mapping
  • Assessment and evidence-of-learning design
  • Course and platform usability review

Future-ready educational practice

Practice that still holds in five years. We help schools build the internal capacity to keep adapting — reviewing their own provision, developing staff, and making technology decisions that will not need undoing.

  • Self-review capability your own team owns
  • Technology decisions mapped back to pedagogy
  • Accreditation readiness against GOER Standards

Why it
matters.

Dr. Rogers brings the exact combination institutions need when adopting educational accreditations at scale: the regulatory fluency to architect them, the analytical rigour of an elite research institution, and hands-on experience building frameworks that hold up to international scrutiny. It is this blend of governance, research and implementation that shapes GOER's approach to accrediting AI integration in global education.

Included with accreditation

Collective consultations are not sold separately. They are bundled into the GOER accreditation packages, so the sessions arrive alongside the accreditation itself and the strategist already knows your evidence.

Specialized AccreditationAvailable as add-ons
Enhanced Accreditation6 sessions a year
Full Accreditation12 sessions a year

Sessions beyond the included allowance are $225 each at Standard tier and $750 each at Institutional tier.

A GOER strategist who delivers Collective consultations to a provider never acts as an evaluator for that same provider. That separation is required by ISO/IEC 17011, and bundling the consultations into an accreditation package does not relax it.
